Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at ngainspections@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

the short answer is yes even if the home was inspected by “the builders” its always a good idea to stay on the safe side of things and hire your own inspector that will not have a bias opinion that the builder would have.

We recommend scheduling a Home Inspection as soon as you have a property under contract. This allows us to identify any potential issues early on and can help you make an informed decision about the purchase of the property.

If the Home Inspection reveals issues with the property, you can use this information to negotiate with the seller for either repairs or a price reduction. In some cases, you may choose to walk away from the purchase entirely.

Its always a good idea to hire someone to do a inspection on your home every year to make sure your home is safe. Home inspectors have a really good eye for when it comes to looking for potential issues that could lead to damage of the home or harm its occupants.
